The Polish Farm Advisory and Training Centre Natalia Truszkowska Poland’s rural communities by delivering expert, tailored advice and high-quality training to farmers and agri-entrepreneurs. As a private non-profit, its core mission is to boost rural livelihoods and competitiveness through personalised support in agricultural best practices, environmental stewardship, food safety and green growth.

Through a rich portfolio of courses and resources—covering topics from precision farming and permaculture to social farming, health & safety, and on-farm processing—the Centre helps farmers innovate and add value to their products. By fostering multifunctional farms and direct-to-consumer sales, it strengthens rural economies, promotes climate-neutral and sustainable practices, and creates new green jobs.
Committed to equal access to lifelong learning, the Centre leverages EU projects and non-formal education methods to bridge the rural–urban knowledge gap. It maximises impact through effective information dissemination, stakeholder networking and community engagement, ensuring that all rural actors—new and established—can tap into the latest insights and resources.

Role in the FarmForward project
It is responsible for leading the development of WP3 and adapting the educational resources for sustainable farming in Poland. Its responsibilities include coordinating the professional translation of all materials into Polish, organising and overseeing on-farm demonstrations and interactive workshops with local farmers and trainers, and collecting feedback from practitioners to ensure that each resource is technically accurate and contextually relevant. The Centre will integrate its findings and case studies into the Expert Insights Series, supporting national dissemination activities and facilitating the adoption of climate-resilient practices across Poland’s agricultural sector.
